So for episode 034 we had a lot of shouts after sharing the first disc on this compilation, which was the Jeremy Healy one. (Also excellent). But with so many requests it was time to get the Whitehead one up there, and after listening to again for the first time in over 10 years or so the memories of its brilliance came flooding back. It's a more soulful set with come epic vocal and feel good moments which made the mid to late 90's a much more enjoyable place to be.

So many stand out tracks but off the top of my head, Right and Exact, Tall and Handsome, Weekend, I Believe, Happiness and the highlight for me, the epic 'Sweetest Day of May' by Joe T. Vannelli Project. It's fantastically put together and a mix with truly belongs into the classic status. Whatever you're up to now Alistair... we salute you!

So here you have it, the final mix of a truly unforgettable night. It just went so damn quickly though! It was all a bit of a blur playing this last 30 minutes! So much so, I ended up playing for 1hr 20mins! haha. Hats off to the other DJ's Andy Ward, Neil Metzner & Marshall who played absolutely blinding sets and sent home a very happy bunch of middle aged party animals! We don't get out very often anymore due to moving on and having responsibilities like kids and jobs but to take a step back into the times when we didn't have a care in the world and lived for the weekend was just great. I doubt we'd be able to do it every weekend but maybe the odd party once or twice a year to commemorate the best times of our lives might be manageable for the next few years at least. 

So if you're up for doing it all over again then let me know and I'll see what we can come up with…Big love Muzza & Tony xx
