Song written and recorded by Max Etheridge (64), one of my learning disability music students. Max wrote the song, and plays harmonica, bass guitar, midi keyboards and percussion on the track. We spent a number of sessions working on this, choosing and adding some midi stuff which we inputed one note at a time. I will pass on your comments to Max as he doesn't have the internet. Max Etheridge - Fairoak Bloke

A piece of music composed to commemorate the centenary of WW1. The tin in the photo was owned by my Grandfather, Alfred Charles Jebbitt, who was an RAMC stretcher bearer and an 'old contemptible'. (the Red Crosses refer to the Medical Corps). 

In 1915 he was a POW at Sennelager, and the imagery in this music was partly inspired by me imagining his time in the camp.

The piece is dedicated to those who did their best to try and save lives in the midst of all that horror and slaughter.

Another brand new original song from the wednesday afternoon crew at Needs Eezed. Andrew came up with the initial idea, and Kyle gave it it's title, and everyone chipped in to complete the lyrics. We jammed it over a number of weeks with a G chord for the verse and then C-G-D for the chorus, until the melody emerged. Lead vocals -Teddy, BVs- Andrew and Lisa, Guitar - Kyle, and Percussion - Poppy and Tamsin.
