I don't know where else to find the full version of this song, this was crudely ripped from a Ron Hardy set from the '80s.  As far as I know, this is an unreleased version of the House People song "Godfather of House" (I assume that it's referring to Papa Knuckles but idk).  Anyway, I don't own this song, the only thing thats mine is the shitey photoshop, FTP.

From Google: It's a little but well known fact, that Eddie Scott IS Chicago's "ORIGINAL" Fast Eddie. Not to be confused with MC Fast Eddie (Edwin A Smith), DJ F@$t EdD!e a nickname his uncle Nate Scott {deceased} gave him while he helped his uncle DJ a family BBQ on 7002 Justine in Chicago. (IE) his uncle took a bathroom break & told Eddie to watch the tables, but Eddie was already 3 songs in. When he returned, Nate called 10 yr old Eddie "Fast OLD Eddie". But shorten it to Fast Eddie, now known as a an old school artist, DJ & musician since July 4,1978. After attending Chicago's famous Mendel H.S. (the bi level) in 1982, Corliss H.S. 1983-85, then finally Hillcrest H.S. in 1988 to obtain his GED. Eddie moved to try out his musical skills with others like him in the area. He ran into a skilled local DJ in the next building who wanted him to become one of the original members of a deejay group called "The Housemasters" along with Rockin' Reggie (Harris), Corey (Rogers), Ellery (Cowles).After time off to raise a family, brief solo stints, military & Law enforcement service and playing drums in various groups, graduating Chicago State University in 1994, it was time to come back. On April 7, 2011 he married his soulmate Deatrice Ivory, became a twice ordained minister in 2014 & 2015....and the rest is history.

A new monthly event at The Sahara Lounge focused on pure unadulterated House music.

We explore the classics within the house genre with Disco, Soul, Funk, Tech, Classic tracks and take you on countless journeys where the dj actually connects with the crowd on a personal level. The technical slang term used in the day was "to get in the groove" and "make your body move" that has carried on through the decades since the dawn of disco.
