I wrote this song about being in high school and feeling like the world was on my shoulders and that every decision I made had the power to change everything. But as I got I older, I realized that you can't prepare for everything and that looking back at it, none of it really mattered. The song started out as a simple guitar riff, but I got super excited about writing a song that wasn't about love and immediately called my buddy Lucas (LEXIM) and we just wrote and produced the song on the spot.
