When you ask yourself a series of questions

It started in 1994 (at the age of 14) the decision was made, buying 2 Decks and a Mixer, becoming a DJ and Turntabelist.

Somehow it worked out after a while and me became an artist and after that an artist booker and manager of the very late 90s / beginning 2000s.

Always watching out for creative and out of the box ideas and inspiration I had the honour playing alongside of nearly every artist who had influenced any kind of the modern electronic music style(s).

Touring Europe and the World. Have had fun and fully experienced the very early days of House and Techno from Berlin to the World, back and forth.

Now I am here to provide some of these rare old Nuggets mixed, without any help of a synchronizer, directly from the turntabels to your ears - strictly vinyl and no additional fakes.

An exponent of quality real house and techno music. My ethos is to let the music do the work and to present the artists work straight up.  Being a selector I try and move an audience from A to B taking them on a journey by always playing across sub-genres never ending in the same place.  I use 2010 Mk2 decks with Urei Soundcraft Mixer no samplers / cds etc.  During early 1990s was a Reggae and Dance music buyer for Tower Records in London.  Dj'd on a number of underground soundsystems in South London including Vox Populi and Channel One.  Ran a successful house music night called Shiver. Dj'd at Club UK, Surgeries of Sound, & local resident at Red Planet alongside Detroit djs such as Blake Baxter and Suburban Knight Pennington.  As of 2017 I am back out playing again with LOVEBEAT with gigs coming up at Cafe Cairo, and Rye Wax LONDON. 

Presently enjoying 3rd / 4th Wave Detroit House and Nu-Disco Cut Ups as well as Deeper House and Techno from what now is a collection of collectibles.   Interested in opportunties - phildemont@gmail.com
