Vegard Bolstad bought his first turntables off a closed club in Copenhagen back in ’00, and got his moniker, Brute Lee, shortly after. Since then the DJ and producer has hosted a plethora of club nights, radio shows and music production workshops. Over the years he has been heard supporting the likes of Jeff Mills, British Murder Boys, Alan Fitzpatrick, Bjørn Torske, Of Norway or Ksmisk, playing countless underground events, or even the odd live-set. All the while doing graphic design for Bergen’s techno scene.   Lately, his club night by the name of Klubb Karma, has moved from the clubs to the radio ether, hosting a weekly two hour show devoted to dance music. Like his namesake, his style combinines an especially curated blend of hard hitting selections in his own unique style of delivery.
