New album 'Absence' will be released this September!

A female guitarist & singer-songwriter Miwako Shimizu named her solo project “Predawn” in 2008.
Not only at some venues in Tokyo, but she has performed at many festivals in Japan. 
She released self-producing 1st mini album ’手のなかの鳥 A Bird in the Hand’ in 2010 and a full album 'A Golden Wheel' in 2013 from her own label called 'Pokhara Records'.
Also she has collaborated with some artists like andymori, Eccy, Marble Sounds and Rayons.

The band name Predawn has taken from Mimei Ogawa(1882-1961), who is called as father of Japanese children's literature.

DSPS​ 由主唱曾稔文、吉他手詹詠翔、貝斯手鐘奕安、鼓手莊子恒組成，來自台北。 2016年發行首張正式作品「我會不會又睡到下午了」、2018年發行首張專輯「時間的產物」、2019發行第三張作品「Fully I」。除了台灣巡迴，也於亞洲各地展開巡演及當地廠牌的合作。團員各自受到不同的音樂影響：台灣indie、流行樂、日本音樂、龐克、R&B、靈魂樂，因而有了有趣的碰撞，我們也藉由每次的製作，在一直變動喜好之中找到交集之處，不斷嘗試著找到屬於DSPS的律動和聲音。希望大家能從DSPS的音樂之中感受到每一個成員的綻放，也期望自己能做出我們很愛大家也很愛的音樂。
