Studio D was formed in 2009 where the purpose of it was to provide recording services to New talents in the local scene, whereby in 2010 it has been formed into a unit where there was many groups and solo artists such as VPC, RAAGAMANTRA and many artists who eventually worked onto their projects. But due to circumstances Studio D has comeback after 4years to start doing music again. This time the group has been reformed again with their new members in it which is Jn bro, Bsoulz, Fairoze,  and RAAGAMANTRA Mc joe and Essry. The group is fresh and release their first ever compilation album Genetic X Ore Paarvai.
