When I first heard this song late last year, I had it on repeat and wanted a version I could play for myself. I left it unfinished at 90% done for a long while but figured sharing is caring so I pushed forward, did a better vocal extract and I'm putting up here as a freebie :) The download gives you the full extended, DJ friendly mix.

When your two favorite songs are in the same key...

This is a mashup of Heaven by Shygirl and ten by Fred again.. & Jozzy.

I love both songs and once when I was humming the melody of ten, I started singing Heaven after it, and to my surprise they felt like they were in the same key.

I had to make sure, so I put the acapella of Heaven over the instrumental version of ten, they indeed worked out nicely as I thought (apart from the song structure and the BPM). I increased the tempo on Heaven, and restructured it, made some adjustment and this is the result.

I'm no mixing expert or a music producer, I just happen to know the basics of music production, so the result maybe a bit sketchy. I just had an idea and wanted to see if it works, and had some fun along the way.

Btw these two songs have the same dreamy feel which is hard to find, and the fact they worked out so well after some adjustments is a miracle. 

It's like when you find your soulmate. You exist separately, not knowing you have similarities and have the same energy. When you finally find each other it's a love at first sight. You may have some conflicts but if you put time and effort on 'adjusting' to each other, then it will be a happy relationship which will exist forever like this mashup.
