Chris Hartwig – no lesser than the resident from the world-renowned club U60311 in Frankfurt, and Level6  in Darmstadt, both in Germany – is our first new artist in 2014 on STYLEROCKETS. After a highful years of successful and creative Djing – we will release his first EP on our berlin based label.


GHETTO FUNK is the name and it really credits to it.  Groovy TechHouse and a maximal rythmic sound and quite perfect arangement with bongos, housy vocals und a massive promising bassline.

The EP comes along with drei high quality tracks und a remix made by another stylerocket-artist called DOMPE.

GHETTO FUNK an it is in de truest sense of the name very very funky.and also ARE YOU READY burns you down. YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE is more touchy with bongos and exotic vocal elements and definitly a crasher. Whos is not yet on the way to the dancefloor will put on his dancing shoes by listenting to DOMPES remix. 

In Feburary we will realease the EP digital and on vinyl.

A while back our Danish wonderboy Dooqu spoke to us about one of his idols, StereoCool. Not long after we had gotten in touch with him, and those talks resulted in an official remix opportunity for Dooqu of StereoCool’s hit single ‘Simple’.

With his remix, Dooqu delivers us an uplifting and swinging French house banger, filled with guitar riffs and the smoothest vocals by Ace. True to the signature Dooqu sound. Electro swing at it’s finest.
