This brand new release from Camelphat on Suara is huge. After the great success with tracks like 'Make ‘Em Dance' or 'Reverse It' we had high expectations for their new works. But the camels did it again. They deliver three great tracks and each one is different from the other. 'Deets' is about an awesome vocal sample, a driven bassline and lots of energy. 'Lizard King' is pure percussive tech-house, an effective tool for many dancefloors. Energy 52’s Cafe Del Mar probably needs little introduction - first appearing in 1993 and establishing itself as one of the key tracks in European dance music culture. 

The track was voted number 1 in Mixmag’s 100 best tracks of all time, as well as occupying the same spot in a Radio 1 poll of Top 20 Dance Tracks of Last 20 Years. 

Honouring the spirit of the track, Push Communications unveil a remix project updating this classic into a 2016 context, via a killer array of contemporary talent. 

First up, Tim Engelhardt casts his spell over the original, providing an epic 10 minute journey that evokes sunset at Ibiza’s Cafe Del Mar through lush evolving sounds and textures. 

Marcel Janowsky’s remix ups the energy levels with a skippy, vibrant and dubby mix that works the source material in fresh new shapes. 

Dale Middleton’s mix is another epic affair, stretching out and giving room for the fully balearic, feet-in-the-sand Ibiza vibe. 

Düsseldorf-based Mario Da Ragnio goes for a more driving take with his rework, pushing things into a darker formation before allowing the famous arpeggiated melody to shine through.

This time we asked our good friend Leonardo Gonnelli to be your musical guide through this twisted journey of tech house grooves and tribal rhythms. Well, not quite yet… But elrow Music wants to keep up with the high energy of the forthcoming holiday celebrations presenting its BPM compilation in advance for all of you, lucky people! ‘The BPM Release 2017’ compilation is our tribute to the most important festival happening in the beginning of 2017: BPM Festival in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Once again, elrow’s presence will be strong and elrow Music wanted to leave its mark in the 10 days stravaganzza happening in the Mayan Riviera. The twelve track comp opens with ‘Lights Down (Original Mix)’ by Cassell, a slow but firm statement of pure tech-house, with great and sexy vocals. Then, the energy starts to raise with Cristian Merino’s ‘Tech Nights (Original Mix)’, a total dancefloor killer with the vibe one expects from any elrow installment. Vibe that keeps up in ‘Jack Nation (Original Mix)’ by Freedom B, with a very recognizable and well placed vocal line and a strong percussion. It is followed by ‘Special Guest (Original Mix)’, this time by one of elrow’s resident, George Privatti: sexy vocals, strong bassline and the best vibe you can get in a dancefloor! Then we have Josu Freire’s ‘Come On (Original Mix)’, a true orgy of bass, amazing synth lines and perfect and darkish vibe. Another highlight, ‘Do It Like (Original Mix)’ by Marcellus Wallace & Ross Roberts, is a great track with an amazing groove and filled with soulful touches, making it perfect for any moment on the dancefloor. The compilation closes with ‘Trip ft. Major De (Original Mix)’ by Pax, maybe the darkest banger of the entire record, with great vocal lines, a strong techno progression, but filled with groove and good vibes. Following the rapturous reception of his first club-centric EP for Turbo, as well as remixes for Santigold and the forthcoming AlunaGeorge single, UK superproducer Duke Dumont returns to tighten his stranglehold on the worldwide nightgeist with FOR CLUB PLAY ONLY VOL. 2, this time training his sights on the Vocal Anthem heavyweight title.

A-side "No Money Blues" brings UK bass and deep house into the realm of crossover pop, while "The Giver" is an ecstatic vocal house anthem that would fit seamlessly alongside the most uplifting MURK classics.
