The meandering poly-rhythmic pad and chord progression, moves seamlessly in between the intelligent percussion. They cling to the deep rumbling bass tones which hold up the subtle, yet intricate structure of the Beaten Root. The rigorous selection process which Saxon undertook to finally compiling this album, has brought plenty of pleasure and bass aches to his ears. In Sanskrit "Darashan" means receiving visions, blessings or glipses of a divign form or image, 
a Guru, God, or perception of ultimate truth.
