   From a young age I grew up with a love for music, playing numerous instruments over the years, from the keyboard, to electric guitar. I fell in love with electronic music after attending Shambhala in 2011 and haven't looked back since. With a taste for a variety of genres of music, and finding inspiration from movies and video games. You'll find different influences throughout my music, infused with an energetic, yet darker vibe. \m/

BASS MUSIC 

Hailing from deep in the mountains of British Columbia, Sub-Seizn (formerly known as the Serial Slayer) is no stranger when it comes to the electronic music scene in Western Canada. With over two decades of working the craft behind the decks you can expect seamless blends into triple drops with live edits making the sound of the journey his own that keeps you guessing and intrigued while keeping vibe's fresh with taste. 

Dipping into the production game he's shown strength on all sides of the spectrum; with a respectful reputation on stage over the past years that's helped to land slots at some of Canada’s most highly recognized cities and edm festivals. Some highlights on his resume include Shambhala (Village stage), Motion Notion, Wicked Woods and many more - which has led his sets all over the charts. From sunny day dancehall sets to prime-time drum and bass to morning vibe sunrise performances to a mixture of genre fusion in between. 

Over the years Sub-Seizn has been part of numerous projects. Two that stick out are Bass Workshop and Golden Delicious. In both of these he played key parts providing sound systems while putting in the groundwork  throwing events for the massive as well as collaborating on original production sound design that led to performing under the dj duo Bass Workshop. On top of that he has held down various residencies with some of the longest running in his home base with direct support on shows with Canadian heavyweights Excision/ Marcus Visionary/ B.Traits to UK legends like T Power/ Phibes/ Freestylers and more with a track record of events moving into the hundreds, there's a reason why this OG selecta has been on the forefront as long as he has.
