Established in 2002, Carribbean Reggae Sound & Culture.
Based in Montreal, Canada and Toulouse, France, the Black Out Sound System is a group which originates from the French Carribbean (Martinique an Guadeloupe). The originality of this group is the strength of its team.

For the past 13 years, the team comprised of Selector Bisso, Tchalys, Gwad, and Kultcha Mighty have been relaying projects between  Europe and North America. By doing so, they guarantee a perfect international visibility and are able to respond to the expectations of the field.    
The crew is originally from the French West Indian Islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe.

They are specialized in the reggae culture foundation.
Actually they are leaders in Toulouse, in the south of France and in Montreal Canada. Them popularity gave them opportunity to do many warm up with International artists such as Sizzla Kalonji Junior Kelly Winston Mac Nuff, Earl Chinna Smith, U-Roy & Pablo Moses and many more.

Indubitably a music lover of any kinds, Raphaël Nadeau a.k.a Spo_Onani discovers electronic music and the art of djiing at the beginning of 2000. Musical instrument maker in life , he stands out because of his soft progressive and careful attitude while performing Dj sets. Spo_Onani has now developed an expertise regarding his musical selections in many different kinds of electronic music. He will know how to bring it on for his audience with his swirled, funky, deep and relaxing rhythms.

Étienne Turgy-Chartré, aka Nocide, was born on april 3, 1991 in Montreal. He first discover the music at the age of 10,with the manipulation of an acoustic guitar and a keyboard.

Electronic music appeared to him for the first time in 2008 and it was at this time that the artist began to take an interest in the art of mixing. Beginning with Drum'n bass, Nocide later discovered other interesting musical styles such as break beat, Techno and Psy-prog and created his first full product in 2010.

The self-taught artist was recruited by Dj School Montreal in 2014 to teach Ableton Live and has since performed in various Electronic Music Festivals, such as Eclipse,  Timeless, Totem, Space Gathering Groove and bass, Tribunion and many more.

Characterized by a fat and deep bassline, Nocide techno is both dark and dancing, sometimes creaky but always festive. Without corresponding to any musical kind, his style could be considered as Tech-minimal Prog.

 In terms of his Trip-Hop, Lo-Fi and experimental projects, they are much lighter and more personal.

DJ Toots begins percussions at the age of 12 years old. After five years in the music academy of Geneva, he accomplished three years of drums independently and began his career as a DJ around the end of the summer 2005.  

Very fast at ease with turntables, he develops his own talent for "scratch" and begins his musical path.
The people he met and the collaborations he did with other artists in Geneva's hip hop scene pushed him in front of the projectors and led him to Berlin in August 2007, where he registered PUPPETMASTAZ's first album live medley. He realizes as well a few scratched which they still use as of today in their concerts around Europe.

Long time member of MTL's Bassix Soundsystem and recently back on the scene, SasQ aims to showcase bass music genres less often heard in Montreal. His sets deliver fast paced bouncy rhythms and purple vibes, incorporating elements of soul, r&b, funk, old rave stabs, and hip hop.
