DROOGS017 makes its return with a 12" courtesy of Quartz in the form of a razor-sharp two-tracker, showcasing his trademark precision and stripped-back engineering.

The A-side, “Duplicity,” is a masterclass in minimalism cold, skeletal, and immersive, driven by tight basslines and subtle rhythmic shifts. Quartz proves that less truly can hit harder.

On the flip, “Black Prism” a collaboration with Overlook dives into raw ’90s techstep territory. Choppy breaks and haunting stabs build relentless pressure before giving way to a surprisingly blissful finale.

Quartz continues to cement his reputation as one of drum & bass’s most distinctive modern voices.

We continue the dubwise journey with Prophet, welcoming Krugah to the label. This collaboration with Peeb leans even further into the dub and roots influence.

On the flip side label head Pixl teams up with Champa B for more amen science and sub bass pressure in the form of Chalice Dub.

Finally we have the release being closed off with Telepathy by Duburban and Krugah, bringing oldschool pads mixed with hectic drumfunk beats and edits.
