KRΔUT is the moniker of Amsterdam’s household name Daniel Zuur  @danielzuur. With this alter ego he’s bound to bring his audience a flux of world music influenced electronica, different tempo’s and lots of percussion.  Daniel has been a staple in the Amsterdam club scene since 2009. His unique sound and organic mixes have earned him a name in the alternative electronic music scene, as his sets have been attributed to being melancholic, dynamic but above all, deeply melodic.  Haunted by the drums and his experience as a drummer in several bands, Daniel has developed an exceptional rhythm and sound that no label will do justice. As KR∆UT he released on labels like Shika Shika, Wonderwheel Recordings, Metanoia, Cosmic Awakenings, Tropical Twista Records and recently on new label The Other Eye where he got remixed by sir Acid Pauli.   The producer composes sets that exist in their own singularity; every single one being an individual story that creates its own atmosphere. Every set is textured by a whole variety of original tracks that he adapts with precise care and proper timing live on stage: dialogues, natural sounds and warm beats, all treated into a highly dynamic and unique set. Live he played at national and international clubs and festivals such as: Sisyphos, Fusion Festival, Gardens of Babylon, Wildeburg, Marktkantine, Garbicz and Welcome to the Future.

In 1997 he started to organize his own party’s. Together with local association VD Events he organised a successful party series called VIRTUALDOME and Release Yourself. In the next 5 years that was the largest and most successful techno and house events of east Switzerland.

Jam started to play at the important House-Clubs like the legendary DEEP LOVE, the Bolero Lifestyle in Winterthur or Indochine, Next Club in Zurich and played alongside people like Erick Morillo, David Morales, DJ Paulette (MOS), Matt’Samon (Yellow), Shakedown, Salome de Bahia, Jamie Lewis, Aston Martinez and Juan Sunshine to name just a few.
In his home town he had a resident job in the Galleria and the House im Kastanienhof party’s  A special change in his career came in 2004 when the manager of the club Seeger in St. Gallen brought him in to become artistic director and resident DJ for their club. Seeger became one of the finest clubs in the region with a special program between house, funk, soul and old school dance music.
At the moment he played regular at the most popular house event Delicious Minds, RED Sessions and differed special party’s all over the World. 
Now he is resident at PAUL Club & Baracca in St. Gallen.
