Cisco Ferreira, known as 'The Advent,' is a London-based pioneer in Techno. His journey began with the discovery of Acid House in London clubs, shaping his commitment to leaving a lasting impact on electronic music. As a seasoned musician and sound designer, Ferreira, in his own words, has been in the game for years and isn't going anywhere.

Fresh out of college, he immersed himself in the world of sound as an assistant sound engineer, recording for prominent artists across various genres. His encounter with the acid label 'Jack Trax' fueled collaborations with influential figures in the music scene, leading to the release of his first EPs on R&S and Fragile.

In 1994, Ferreira, alongside Colin McBean, signed a significant record deal, setting a global standard for high-quality underground Electro and Techno as The Advent and 'G Flame (Cisco) and Mr G.' Today, The Advent remains a solo project, captivating audiences worldwide with its distinctive, raw, and energetic sound.
