FORRESTA’s journey and passion for electronic music was sparked in 2005 when she experienced her first Trance album, DJ Dean-Tunnel Trance Force America, and was instantly hooked into the beat and energy. 

As a child, she would be seen singing in the front row of the choir, acting in musicals and shows, performing improvisational comedy and participating in set design and management. She was raised in Los Angeles by parents both working in the entertainment industry who were music fanatics. This further cultivated Sammi's appreciation for all types of music such as psychedelic classic rock and new wave 80’s which heavily influenced her love for PsyTrance and Techno. 

Being a Los Angeles Native, raves and concerts were just part of her life growing up. That culture showed unconditional acceptance, friendship, dancing and passion for music.

FORRESTA is an animal lover, foodie, avid traveler and an advocate for harm reduction, who truly cares about her fellow music lovers by educating and supporting the scene however possible. She has attended music events all over the world such as ASOT, Ultra, EDC and underground PsyTrance and Techno events in Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East and Asia which have led her to a unique style which she strives to share. 

Now living in Oakland she is thrilled to be part of the Bay Area dance music scene, DJing, promoting, hosting and attending events.

LOCK PICK is an electronic music project in the genre Drum and Bass (Bass Music).
With strong bass lines and rhythmic elements, the songs of this portuguese producer, named Jorge Santos, are distinguished by being filled with introspective ambiences and atmospheres.
The electronic and acoustic rhythmic elements are mixed together with the strong and contagious sound of bass lines, in a very characteristic formula that reflects the profile of this artist.


Young Astronauts Club is a stadium rock group featuring singer / guitarist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Mic (Michael James Macintosh), keyboardist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Krs (Crystal Dawn Macintosh) and a continuously active, rotating cast of musicians, producers, sonic / visual artists and remixers. Rooted in post-punk, post-rock and electronica, their collective mission is to continue to bring music forward, into the 21st century and beyond.
