IN:ØN´s EP ´Psicosis´ takes the listener on a journey through madness. Psicosis, the main track, hits hard with deep bass and a dry kick, creating a hypnotic atmosphere that culminates with the reversed voice from the intro, an echo of mental breakdown. 
The intro, Cinta Maldita, begins with distorted super 8 sounds, followed by a reversed voice mixed with a painful scream and a piercing sound that simulates deafness, like a collapse of the senses. The tape repeats, plunging the listener into a cycle of anguish.
Voces en mi cabeza is softer but retains the same pain. The calm base and light percussion mask the inner storm, while the scream’s echo returns, representing the struggle between apparent calm and the suffering that persists in the mind. Closing the EP, a remix of Psicosis brings a new energy, with higher BPM, taking the track into a wilder and more intense territory. This reinterpretation by Aníbal Santos adds an extra layer of madness, maintaining the disturbing essence while delivering a faster, more chaotic approach.

El EP “Psicosis” lleva al oyente a través de una espiral de locura. Psicosis, el tema principal, golpea con graves profundos y un bombo seco, creando una atmósfera hipnótica que culmina con la voz invertida de la intro, un eco de la ruptura mental. La intro, Cinta Maldita, comienza con un sonido de super 8 distorsionado, seguido de una voz en reversa que se mezcla con un chillido de dolor y un pitido que simula la sordera, como un colapso de los sentidos. La cinta se repite, sumiendo al oyente en un ciclo de angustia. Voces en mi cabeza se presenta más suave, pero mantiene el mismo dolor. La base tranquila y las percusiones ligeras esconden la tormenta interna, mientras el eco del chillido regresa, representando la lucha entre la calma aparente y el sufrimiento que persiste en la mente.

Cerrando el EP, un remix del tema Psicosis aporta una nueva energía, con más BPM, llevándolo a un territorio más desenfrenado e intenso. Esta reinterpretación, a cargo de Aníbal Santos, suma una capa de locura adicional, manteniendo la esencia perturbadora pero con un enfoque más acelerado y caótico.

One-drop destruction! 
This is 1 of 3 versions of a track i've just recorded all loosely based on the one-drop rhythm. This is the 'dirty' version-full on with everything smashed up. There is also a sparser dub of the same track-the 'dirty dub' version. The final one is the 'clean dub' track which has more space and less audio destruction.
I had originally planned to to put them out as the same release but then i thought, 'no, you hate that kind of thing'.....which i do, so i won't.
