The latest entry to the Enemy catalog comes courtesy of Lonefront, a Minneapolis based producer. He performs live regularly at The Great Beyond and Intellephunk events as well as an appearance DVS1's Wall of Sound event in Los Angeles.

Spanning 4 tracks, the vibe on Pronoia is unapologetically puristic. The EP leans heavily towards hypnotic dream-state techno with a softer approach. Messier Object stands as the EP's banger, emphasizing polymeter and and all out 909 assault on the senses. While the other tracks are less muscular, they double down on a submersive/aquatic tip that is equally captivating.

Pronoia: a state of mind that is the opposite of paranoia. Whereas a person suffering from paranoia feels that persons or entities are conspiring against them, a person experiencing pronoia believes that the world around them conspires to do them good.

manu abeca is a 26-year-old musician from Argentina, inspired by a deep desire to mix and music that evokes strong emotions. From an early age, he has been fully engaged with music, gaining a wide range of experiences and a varied musical background.

Manu's relationship with music was further strengthened when he moved to Berlin in 2019. There, he discovered his characteristic sound: harmonious compositions, breaky grooves and hypnotic sounds. He is a resident DJ and curator for the music label and collective Balls Baile, in addition to his own creative pursuits, and lately has been focusing on music production, using his voice as an element to create deep and captivating melodies. The last track of this mix is an edit in which he shows that.

As a thank you to our beloved community that showed us nothing but support and ap- preciation over the last year, Schimmer Records is releasing a compilation of 27 tracks by our residents and invited artists.

Just as we did last year, we want to use our reach to address the more serious issues the global community faces today and help the less fortunate. Especially the most vulnerable of us, children can suffer under the consequences of the action of others: Abuse, a lack of access to education and misplacement become rampant in times of war and conflict.

Thus, this year we feel the proceeds raised from our Christmas album, which is 15 Euro for the whole album, are best placed with “Save The Children“. After the release is funded 100% of our earnings will go towards the goal of helping children in need.

We wish you a very happy Christmas, a joyful time with the people dearest to you and a happy new year. See you in 2024!

There are artists who seem to be touched by a magical wand, displaying a supernatural talent for music at both an artistic and technical level from a very young age, and Schrzø is undoubtedly one of them. Despite his astonishing youth, this versatile producer stands as a cornerstone in the Valencia electronic scene. Not only is he an artist, but he also serves as a teacher of production, recording, mixing, and mastering, imparting his knowledge to dozens of students each year.

Schrzø has been integral to Gordo Trax since its inception, acting as the mastermind behind the majority of releases. Now, he finally makes his debut as an artist with an EP that impeccably defines his unique sound.

In "Ecuación del Movimiento," you'll encounter modular, robust, and detailed Techno, marked by its originality and a departure from conventional formulas. Schrzø elevates his music in a complex manner, crafting a distinctive sound that bears little resemblance to the forgettable, standard tools often heard in clubs. Each track embarks on a different adventure, steering clear of repetitions or shortcuts; it's a testament to pure talent and dedicated effort.

Alongside the five original tracks, we find the powerful remix by the Argentine Michel Lauriola, who arrives at Gordo Trax at the zenith of his career, delivering a dance floor bomb that adds another dimension to the EP.
