Subsquad Prod present the ninth part of our serie of compilations, the CITY SQUAD. Each part presents the dub makers of a city (and its surroundings) through a compilation of exclusive tunes available for free download.

After Bordeaux, Grenoble, Marseille, Lille, Rennes, Dijon/Besançon, Avignon, and "Grand Est", this new part is dedicated to Nantes, and presents 16 producers from this area.

The artwork is realized by Irie Design, the mastering by Subsquad Prod.

As usual, the compilation is available for free download, but you can donate to support us & help to perpetuate the project.

Mity, dubmaker of Salvatge Sound System, presents his first solo EP after some singles released on Subsquad compilations. This "Flyin' Tractor" is a militant dub project, optimized for Sound Systems. 
"Market Gardener" denounces big agricultural industries & prefers to praise local and organic farmers, "Injection" is a humble Sound System anthem, while "Happy Apocalypse" mocks media's speech about global warning. Available everywhere as well as for free download !

This is an old song. I really wanted to get it on spotify and I felt like it would kinda fit in here.

Volume 2 dives deeper into the ritual of sound — where dub is not just rhythm, but **alchemical fire**.
These tracks were forged on tape, in analog breath, between echoes and silences.

Basslines melt and reform. Delays open portals. Dub is the metamorphosis.

Our next release is in the works and out for pre-order on Monday 28th December at 7pm CET (Shipping January). This one is is our first release out of the Ital Power Studio and another double AA side 12”, with 2 versions of Creation seed and 2 versions of Lockdown Dub on clear polyvinyl with screen printed sleeves.

Profits from this one will be going to SOS Team Kladusa. As it’s winter, we want to send solidarity funds again to people on the move who are forced into horrendous conditions and money is still massively needed in Kladuša. Along side a main beneficiary from each release we will now also plant trees in the Carpathian Mountains.
