Raver at heart and a groove explorer by passion, Gustavo Hernandez, born and based in Chihuahua, Mexico, is a self-taught DJ and producer who has been performing at underground raves and local clubs since 2008.

The concept behind "Subthink" aims to evoke the mystical and introspective rituals that have existed since ancient times, where tribal humans paid tribute to existence. One of our most primitive practices.

In the beginning, his musical influences were primarily rooted in psychedelic trance, exploring sub-genres such as Twilight, Forest, Hi-tech, and Trance. Over time, he gradually evolved into Progressive trance, Progressive techno, and Minimal techno.

As he matured musically and refined his taste in electronic dance music, he discovered the Minimal/micro house and Deep tech scene, which is predominantly developed in Eastern Europe, and fell in love with it.

Influenced by this whole new culture, he evolved into a new musical storytelling framework, blending different genres he has been exploring over time.

Drawing inspiration from both introspection and the collective energy of the dance floor, Keresztes shapes evolving soundscapes where subtle details breathe life into timeless patterns. His productions blur the lines between movement and stillness, between memory and presence.

With releases on both vinyl and digital platforms through carefully chosen labels, Keresztes remains focused on reaching those who listen beyond the surface, those who feel rather than hear. Each track is a small fragment of his world, an honest transmission of who he is.
