Subtle Skies began in 2010 as a solo project of Daniel Puzak. Already writing songs with an Electribe MX-1 and electric guitar; Puzak soon acquired an analog synthesizer to complement his collection of sonic sources. In 2012, additional musicians joined the live instrumentation featuring bassist Josh Klein (the JJI, MUN, DigiFront) and drummer Greg "TORCH" Sgrulloni (Sistine Criminals, Conspirator). The music reveals experimental blends of organic tones and warm analog synthesis, as well as ambient melodies with flawless digital sequencing. 

Subtle Skies has performed throughout the Tri-State area at many established venues including The Meatlocker, Club Love, The Delancey, Stella Blues, & Wonderbar; alongside acts such as MUN, Durians, FiKus, Horizon Wireless, BlueBoy Productions, FLOTE, Narkatta, Sistine Criminals, & the Jungle Jazz Initiative.

DigitalDavy a DJ from Pennsylvania has garnered fans from his ability to move seamlessly from Nu-Disco into Deep House. Fun and danceable, fans and newcomers alike find themselves on the floor dancing any time he hits the sage. His tasteful blend of deep house beats and nu-disco flavor turns any party into a dance party. DigitalDavy has played with Bothers Past, members of Lotus, Archnemesis, The Manhattan Project, Mantis, Funkbot & the Love Explosion, Push, Charles B, FDR & the New Deal, amongst others. He also is well known for collaborations with drummer Scott Kapp from Funkbot & the Love Explosion, FDR & the New Deal, and Mantis.
