Basilisk is a veteran multi-genre DJ, co-founder of the influential psychedelic techno label Techgnosis Records (@techgnosis-records), and founder of the iconic @Ektoplazm music portal and label group. Originally hailing from Toronto, Canada, he is now based in Taipei, Taiwan, where he remains dedicated to breaking boundaries through mixcraft and the art of DJing.

Appearing now on Subtrail's Trail Cast, Basilisk presents a broad definition of "psychedelic techno", sourcing material from across the spectrum from minimal and dub techno to dark and progressive psytrance, with tasteful references to tech house and classic trance.
