Eidetic imagery is the ability to remember an image in so much detail, clarity, and accuracy that it is as if the image is still being perceived. It is not perfect, as it is subject to distortions and additions, and vocalization interferes with the memory.

We curate queer sex-positive parties with equally queer line-ups, featuring mostly non-binary and trans DJs. Our aim is to platform artists with gender identities that are under-represented in the music industry, showing that it is possible to have more inclusive and diverse booking practices without a decrease in musical quality, but in fact with an increase by bringing new and previously unheard perspectives to the dance floor.

Discovering and nurturing new talent is at the very essence of SUBVERTED. We stand in resistance to the homogenisation and sanitisation to which the techno industry has been subjected in recent years via formulaic, easily-digested productions and repetitive line-ups, and intend to continue opening the industry's gates for a new generation of artists that are pushing their own unique and fresh take on dark industrial techno.
