Guy J's launch of Early Morning marked a bold step towards ushering in a new era of creative advancement. The label's ninth installment features Tantum's debut, comprising three tracks that collectively span nearly 22 minutes.

Tantum, known for blurring the lines between melodic techno and progressive house, has cemented an international reputation for his innovative sound in the electronic music sphere.

The title track, Out of Nowhere, embodies the notion that inspiration somehow often strikes unexpectedly. However, Tantum's hypnotic creation reflects countless hours of meticulous sound exploration and idea refinement.

Continuing with Unblur, the track builds on its predecessor with added energy, abstract effects, and creative audio engineering, crafting a psychedelic mosaic where bass and drums stand as steadfast anchors.

Rounding out the release is Out of Nowhere (Subandrio Remix), expertly crafted by DJ and producer Subandrio, whose upbringing across Europe and Sri Lanka infuses diverse cultural influences into his work. His remix not only honors Tantum's vision but also adds a distinct character, seamlessly merging two artistic perspectives into a cohesive whole. Subandrio makes a welcome return to the label with an astounding trio of treats. 

The Sri Lankan artist has been at the top of his game for over a decade, and shows no signs of slowing down. Beginning his international journey in 2014 with an EP for Lowbit Records, Subandrio's silky style has lit up dancefloors globally. Now signed to a bewildering array of labels including Vapour, Mango Alley and Juicebox Music, Subandrio has gained years of experience, winning accolades along the way with an unrivalled musical diversity as producer, remixer and performer.

Opening with 'Heritage 82', Warm bass tones and driving percussive underbelly instantly hooks in. Muscular rhythms and ear candy sonics keep you firmly on the dance floor as this epic journey reveals its secrets with patience and class. 

Next up, 'Morph into the Sun' continues apace. Driving rhythms, snappy hats and machine funk melodies all combine effortlessly. Pushing forward to the first break, the track swerves into new territory. Dark sweeps and pulsating melodies draw out the tension before the main break prepares us for the drop. Absolutely flawless. 

Finally, Subandrio rounds the EP out with the suitably named 'Karnage'. Stripped back drums make way for the bubbling acid bass and scratchy FX, and percussive intensity. Very much a late night treat that teases the tension, this is the perfect pre-peak bruiser to get the floor ready for an audio onslaught.

The Dutch highly talented DJ & producer Eelke Kleijn is on a serious roll musically, gaining fans from Laurent Garnier and John Digweed to name just a few, and here delivers arguably his finest gem to date. 
Rauwdouwer is a serious slab of percussive tinged hypnotic techno that builds and growls along with its serious hook that will knock seven spots off any underground dance floor worth its salt. We don't need to say much more, we'll let the track speak for itself. 
Who better to remix Rauwdouwer than the amazing techno lord Christian Smith, who injects his own subtle touches, respectfully utilising the originals nasty riff, yet adding more tension and big synths to add to the mix.
