With "Closer" Masterton debuts on Blackfoxmusic's 19th release (BFM019). "Closer" is a warm track with a deep groove and beautiful melodies. It relates to living in a long distance relationship and overcoming a lack of proximity.

Robert Babicz (Babiczstyle, Systematic, Bedrock Records) created an incredible remix. He used lots of the original melodies, combined them with new elements, added rolling drums and a thick bassline to give the track the extra drive. His remix became a constant part of his live sets and was debuted with great response at Grelle Forelle (Vienna) and Ritter Butzke (Berlin).

Save the best for last is a known expression, and we might have just lived up to that cliche with 'My Soul', the new single by Kasall & Cristian R featuring Amber Long, which is the last MNL release of 2015.

The Argentinian duo have been on a roll lately with numerous releases on A-list labels such as Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat, Flow Records, Movement Recordings and Lowbit to name a few. This time they collaborate with Canadian vocalist Amber Long who's a familiar face to the Manual family by now and see her return with very personal and emotion filled vocals on 'My Soul'.

On remix duties we welcome not one, not two, but three great artists on board! First up is Manual resident Dustin Nantais who adds a fierce 'Donna Summer-esque' arpeggiator bassline to give the song a bit of extra push. Greek artist Simos Tagias makes his Manual debut and serves us a bubbly bouncey deep take whilst another debutant, Subandrio goes for the epic peak time treatment in both a full vocal- and a dub version.

What a way to close down 2015! See you again next year?

UK born, but firmly settled in his adopted Austrian homeland, “sonic explorer" Orsen has caused quite a stir with his music gracing Replug, Particles and Optimized, and now finding a new home on Sudbeat. And here, we are treated big time, as you get not two, three or four tracks here, but five (count 'em!), and all oozing of coolness.

So lets get on with it and saturating off with the title track 'Komorebi'. This subtle gem grabs your attention from the off, creating an atmospheric deep vibe that evolves effortlessly, expanding with wondrous layers of magic. Melodic and war, yet as deep as you like.

Beautiful layers adorn 'Doves', as this smile inducing dance floor monster unfurls its hypnotic spell. A feel good track, with a rather apt name top boot.

We pick up the pace and take things a little darker with 'Fade'. This tasty building winner locks you in then unleashes is bass synth line that powerfully pushes this monster along.

'Tourist' is next up, and eludes warmth from every direction, as we are treated to a magnificent whimsical voyage, that seems to massage your mind and move your feet.

And to round things off nicely we have 'Organisms. This punchy little number develops superbly, with plenty of energy, and has a sophisticated synth line in the drop that really pricks up your ears before slamming back to action.
