I couldn't hide how much I've been influenced by K-Pop music in the last 12 months. In the meantime, I've been rediscovering the apogee era of sampling music through Public Enemy. I've also discovered that the famous "cut-up" technic is not new. It has been used for many years before Skrillex and Madeon, and is still used differently, especially in japanese anime cutup remixes.

This track is a tribute to those influences. More a prelude than anything. It's a mix of several ideas around the technic of sampling, pushed to its max level. The main concept was to compose a chord sequence, and then to recreate it (almost) only using samples. Finding the right chords in the right songs, assembling them in a fragmentic chaos to create a new track.
