The bani contains information about the creation of the Khalsa Panth, the dress code of the Sikhs, and is strictly against ritualism.

Chandi Di Vaar (The Ballad of Chandi) is a philosphical, spiritual and heroic composition written by Guru Gobind Singh at Anandpur Sahib. 

It is fifth Bani of Dasam Granth. It is also called Vaar Sri Bhagauti Ji Ki (In some birs, the title is Vaar Durga ki). 

The first stanza of Chandi di Var forms the introductory part of the Ardas, the Sikh prayer. Guru Sahib used the Ballad to explain the priciples of Gurmat (the Guru's way).

Jathedaar Akaali Sadhu Baba Phoola Singh Nihang Singh Sahib Ji (born Nihang Singh; 1 January 1761 – 14 March 1823) was an Akaali Nihang Sikh leader. He was a saint soldier of the Khalsa Shaheedan Misl and 6th Jathedar of head of the Budha Dal and Jathedaar of Akaal Takht Sahib in the early 19th century.

On the 14th of March 2023 it will be 200 years of his Shaheedi and this is dedicated to his life and shaheedi.

You will notice an extra line in the Brahm kavach which was misprint in the Gutka sahib but majority main Leaders of Dal panths including Singh Sahib Baba Santa Singh Sahib ji used to recite it as its recorded. The Punj Hathaa Jarnail – Sardar Nidhaan Singh

Though Sardar Nidhaan Singh jee had only two hands but he was called “Punj Hath Jarnail” meaning the general with 5 hands. Sher-e-Punjab Raja Ranjit Singh gave him this title after the Nashaura war with the Pathaans.

It was the battle of Nashaura where one of the greatest Sikh leader – Akali Phoola Singh jee attained martyrdom. Akali jee was the Jathedar of Akali army of Khalsa Panth. He was also the Jathedar of Siri Akal Takhat Sahib.

Panj Hatha Jarnail - Akali Baba Nidhan Singh Ji

The word "Akal" mean the "timeless primal being" and the word "Ustat" (from the Sanskrit word 'stuti') means "praise". So together, the words "Akal Ustat" mean "the praise of the Timeless One". In it, Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru writes that God is worshipped by various peoples in many different ways, and with varying names and methods:

He is an Inconceivable Entity, External and Attire-less. He is without attachment, colour, form and mark. He distinct from all others of various colours and signs. He is the Primal being, Unique and Changeless.(3) He is without colour, mark, caste and lineage. He is the without enemy, friend, father and mother. He is far away from all and closest to all. His dwelling is within water, on earth and in heavens.(4)
