Every artist or dj knows when he start his first…let’s say, career in the music industry. He started 6 years ago, when one of his friend (who is now, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu trainer, LOL) invited him to his little studio to share some ideas. Then something happen’…he knew this is what he wanted to do in the future, music production. After 1 year of producing, he started to learn how to dj’ing too…He’s now releasing on several labels, vinyl and also digital and as a DJ he plays in romanian clubs, and beyond romanian borders such as: Avi (Tg. Mures), Bucharest (Palatul Bragadiru), Gazette (Cluj), Schlaflos (Swiss), Into the woods (UK), Extranõ (UK), Szoba Studio (Budapest), Radost (Bratislava), TRMNL (UK), and many more…

We’re glad to announce the Lost Minute Radio Show’s kick-off. The two leading people behind the project, our longtime-friends, Ozora resident DJs, promoters and activists of the Hungarian electronic music scene, Naga & Peter Bernath are going to bring you fresh mixes once a month in various styles from ambient to techno, and everything in between. Their first special guest is Ada Kaleh who will perform an exclusive two hour session diving deep into his ambient/experimental roots. Tune in!

Like many of the second wave of Romanian minimal producers, Iulian Cuculea’s music combines propulsive hypnotic rhythms with rich, organic sounds that envelop the listener.”The creation process is a moment of temporary madness for me,” Iulian explains, “I enjoy working with layers of sounds that intertwine and embrace like a lotus flower. Folding and unfolding.” Finding fans in the form of countrymen like Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, Rhadoo, Barac, Cezar, Priku and internationals like Ricardo Villalobos, Sonja Moonear, he’s also dropped acclaimed releases and/or remixes for UVAR, The Rabbit Hole, Third Wave Black, Supernature as well as his own Ada Kaleh România imprint.

About V ka
Artist biography: Despite the fact that she based in Russia, most of the events with her participation take place abroad.
As a record selector, she has been carefully collecting her vinyl collection for several years, where you can find such labels as: Sleep is commercial, Nervmusic, All Inn Black, Perlon, Amam, etc., releases of which she is willing to share in clubs, on podcast channels and online broadcasts, such as RTS.FM, FM4 and Feeder.ro
An open mind and an independent view allow her to accurately select a compilation for the audience of the country club or podcast where she will perform.
Her musical style in Berlin was jocular called "gangsta style" for a reference to hip-hop in part of the broken sound in her sets, in the stylistic range between breakbeat of the 90s, Romanian hypnotic vibe, micro and minimal house, compositions with an implicit confusing rhythm from friends-producers from Eastern Europe.
In V ka sets, you can hear the author's work under the alias Sophisticated Curiosity (the project of two artists with same vision of music)
