Born in Idaho, raised in Utah. If you take a look through my channel, you're going to find a whole lot of house music, so hopefully you're in the right place.

I try to explore ways to play music that people who don't listen to EDM will like, mostly in the hip-hop and alternative rock realms. My five favorite bands are MUTEMATH, Incubus, Foster the People, AWOLNATION, and Death Cab for Cutie. On the hip-hop side, I have a much harder time deciding my favorite rappers and groups, but I mostly gravitate to jazz-influenced 90's hip-hop with a few modern artists mixed in (Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper [we're just gonna pretend that The Big Day never happened]).

A Lane 8 set caught my attention at EDC in 2016 and ever since then I've needed a sub to properly listen to my tunes. House music has a distinct culture to it that I was immediately drawn to. My idols of the dance music world include Kyle Watson, The Sponges, Walker & Royce, Dusky, deadmau5, AC Slater, and Claude VonStroke.
