We welcome uprising Canada-based artist Nipika to Summer Melody, and presents with the delicate Shoreline, we also have our label co-owner myni8hte and US-based producer TOMMY OH! on remix duties.

A relatively fresh newcomer discovered via Emergent Music, Nipika's melodic approach has been an eye-opener. When he debuts on Summer Melody, and with the track featured on Summer Melody 100, this shows how creative and wonderful his sounds could be. Shoreline delivers the sunset colour with an upbeat and atmospheric structure, as well as beautiful piano and synth melodies.

On the remixes, we first have our label co-owner myni8hte. Continuing the upbeat and atmospheric vibes, his remix remains the original elements and introduces a new main melody pairing with formerly foreground piano melodies, enhancing the original with more variety. The second remix is from TOMMY OH!, who has previously released under the T.O. alias, as well as having releases on labels such as Fuzzy Recordings, Macarize and Emergent Music. His approach is relatively simpler, bringing the vital essence from the original and reinterpreted with his own prog-trance-infused sounds.

Mexican / French music producer based in Paris.

I started exploring sound at university, DJ'ing at some friend's parties and trying to produce the genre that first got me into music some time before: Uplifting Trance.

After a long pause, I discovered a very specific kind of track with captivating warm chord plucks and joyful melodies and instantly fell in love with the vibe.
I needed to produce that music, but I didn't know how or even the name of this beautiful but not so common genre. Later I knew it was called Melodic Progressive House.

I currently focus on MPH which has led to several releases, collabs and remixes on labels such as Emergent Shores, Soluna or Sunwaves Digital.

Also from time to time I explore other genres that inspire me as well like Lo-Fi hip hop, Ambient using analog gear for live mixing or Liquid Drum and Bass, of course always trying to evoke beautiful emotions with the power of melody which has been driving my inspiration since the beginning.
