Noor is a project by Ofer Dikovsky, presenting a broad musical identity, with a thematic connection between the western essence of Ofer Dikovsky as a musician, along with various eastern musical influences, which he absorbed during his life in the middle east. 
Joining rhythmic electronic synthesis along with the depth and emotion of live instruments and vocals. Connection between different musical worlds, that moves you and takes you through an innovative journey, during a time that has redefined the meaning of connection.
