Eve Parker Finley is a noted Montreal multi-instrumentalist, comedian, and upcoming Indie Pop Superstar. Braiding a dense and deliberate web of string arrangements and classical naturalism into a former raver’s penchant for programmed beats and four on the floor grooves, Finley has been a mainstay in the Montreal independent scene for over a decade.

Janice, previously J-Nice, and born Janice Oglandia St Horsington the Third（三）, sings and does stuff to hollowed-out wooden gourds with metal strings fixed across the front. Moving to the Great White North without her band hasn’t been easy for her, forced to turn to loop pedals to replace her human bandmates: Ben Willetts, Christopher Lai, and Sean Ng.

At age 15, Janice worked with Caleb Hung and Emily DiRenzo to release an album independently. In 2011, she was signed to Untitled Records to release a 3-song EP. Shortly after, their single 'A Little Little' topped Hong Kong radio charts. Since then, she has opened up for Russian Red, David Choi, and The Jezabels. In 2012 she appeared on Hong Kong television to perform and promote a charity concert for Amnesty International. She has been invited to play at Clockenflap in Hong Kong during 2011 and 2013, Hai Yang Music Festival in Qing Dao, China in 2012, and Freespace Festival in Hong Kong 2013. In 2014 she toured through 5 different cities in China with The Bollands and in 2015 she joined them on their tour to the U.S., playing in New York City. 

She is now based in Montréal, enjoying the cold weather where she doesn't need to sweat and finding meaning in archaeological methods and interpretation.

˚🌱Forage is at heart an environmental scientist & eco-utopian. 🌻DJing for more than 20 years, he has incorporated many genres into a distinct dark yet funky sound, blending layers and live beyond two decks. 🏕His sound includes tech house, minimal, future garage & wonky with a strong influence from dub techno. His productions are deeply textural, evoking the depths of forests and its denizens. Basslines are cavernous and growling. Mechanical funk and polyrhythms pace his percussive shuffles. 🏬Based in Montreal, but borne of Edmonton, he's built many a dancefloor - between underground community arts events and touring festivals across Canada. He has played alongside artists such as Boddika, J Phlip, Steve Bicknell, Sensient, Perfect Stranger, Mateo Murphy and more. Quality music is memorable, and it must touch the body, mind and soul. The name forage reflects my philosophy of taking the best of the musical ecosystems as they evolve through time. My DJ sets try and communicate these niches while adapting to the present moment.

1nfinite zer0 is an introspective title, founded in spiritualism and rational philosophy. I approach musical composition as a being that evolves unto itself. The sounds tell me what they are suited for, and I'm not shy of chaos and errors becoming musical. Rhythms, space and texture are my main touchstones.

I am also a nerdy biologist. With degrees in Evolution and Ecology, most of my time is spent studying how plants interact with the environment, and how our conservation efforts can be optimized. Check my blog and/or fiction project if you're into that sort of discussion.
