Sund-r (pronounced "sunder," stylized in all caps) is disc jockey and producer Oskar Sunderland - one of Seattle's youngest and most exciting new prodigies in the dance music scene, melding the high energy and emotions of festival progressive house with the bass-heavy synths of melodic dubstep and future bass.

Sunderland was raised in Seattle's South End to a father of Norwegian/English descent and a mother of Swiss/German Mennonite descent, and was one of just thirteen white students in his graduating class at Cleveland High School. He began producing EDM as a hobby in 2015 after receiving a laptop for his fourteenth birthday, but did not begin releasing music as Sund-r until 2024.
