Inspirado em gêneros como techno, indie dance, dark wave, pós punk, emoções e conexão com o público, resolveu criar este projeto com um estilo próprio como forma de expressão, cheio de sons fortes e hipnotizantes, acompanhados de atmosferas dark e linhas de baixo agressivas, procurando um estilo dark, mas... ao mesmo tempo, tornando possível para se divertir na pista de dança, o que possibilitou releases por grandes labels como Jeahmon, Phisica, Bunny Tiger, Octopus e Critical Monday!

Jorge Melgar is a Mexican electronic music producer, originally from the city of Toluca. In turn, it brings the “BadWolf” project to life.

Victor's (@victormgcpwr) superpower is his ability to adapt. He is a famously versatile selector who can impress a niche crowd at his Blitz Club residency in Munich, or light up cult festivals like Nachtdigital. The diversity of his solo sets is matched by his skill for finding common ground with other selectors, which is why he famously loves playing back-to-backs. From syncopated, break-riddled techno to ambient dub and everything in between, his selections are unified by their diversity. Victor also heads up his own Main Power label and this week plays Dekmantel Selectors in Croatia.

As a warm-up for that, he has put together a superb 75-minute mix that starts with one of his traditionally atmospheric and beatless openers before taking flight on lithe club rhythms. Genres are meaningless in his hands as the German transitions between deft percussive workouts, swinging drums and dubbed-out soundscapes that are always on the move, never easy to predict, but completely absorbing for both mind and body.

Gorilla Monsoon

Boyanza duo Roiler Boom (Rafatel + Dehesa) make their long awaited production debut with Gorilla Monsoon EP, a 2 track release that features Bonanza’s signature house sound with fun and familiar vocals paired with hints of acid and classic synths that will have you moving and grooving.

The EP consists of two songs, first up we have T(eme) Uno, which focuses on a more classic house sound, heavily featuring an M-1 synth with a modern twist and fun sampling of spanish vocals, which also represent the Boyanza sound.

The second song is Rancho Relaxo, a house banger perfect for big rooms and festivals when a jolt of energy is demanded. It’s acid bass-line does the opposite of relaxing you (as the name of the single would suggest) instead, it makes you want to get up and dance as soon as you can.
