OHM Series is the premier series in discovering and sharing some of the world’s strongest dub techno sounds. Side A begins the release with a breezy opening track by highly regarded and Berlin based artist, Soela. ’Fledgling’, is a perfect blend of tech and melodic chord highlights that every DJ appreciates in their hands to open a set. Next, we have Dawn Razor, who hails from Russia. ’Calm Storm’ is the perfect name for this uptempo foray into peak-time techno where unusual and exciting sounds balance a minimalistic banger that somehow rides a gentle wave of restfulness. Side B features Greek producer Stelios Vassiloudis on the first track titled ’Live in Fear’. The un-nerving mechanical feel of this track is sure to turn some heads. It’s pronounced beat and constant dub-chord interference aggressiveness is turned up to level 10 in this epic piece creating a dancefloor monster. Lastly, ’Elusive’ is the contribution from Russian duo Semitone Cycles. Anton Lanski and Simon P offer the strongest builder on the EP. Well-placed sounds accentuate the catchiness of the track that just gets better and better with each play. Veteran Icelandic but Copenhagen-based techno figurehead Bjarnar Jonsson, is the brains behind the Ohm Series.

David Duriez is known for making House and proper underground electronic music since the beginning of the 90's - 30 years in the music industry, founder and keeper of the [briquerouge] label, home of the best french electronic renegades since 1999, David Duriez is lurking in the shadow of the french Electronic scene, keeping it real and true. Artist in various styles of music, dj and innovator, he's always in search of new ways to distribute and value Electronic Music and always a step ahead. Definitely not just one for the hype.

Since 1994, David released over a hundred records under his name, tens under various pseudonyms, outputs mainly vinyl on the most renowned labels like 2020Vision, Ovum, Systematic, Pokerflat, F Communication, Mobilee, Under the Counter, Stickman, Classic Music Company, Crosstown Rebels, The End, etc .. (the list is long, see Discogs.com to be convinced) and as many remixes for some of the greatest (think Moby, DJ Hell, Telex, Random Factor, Johnny Fiasco, Paul Johnson, Kenny Hawkes or Mr.C).

Founder of the label Brique Rouge in 1999 and a whole galaxy of other labels, he participated in the creation of internationally recognized labels such as Robsoul, Freak n'Chic or Rz Muzik. David has carved out his own niche with his pigeonhole defying Brique Rouge label, and his helping to redefine underground electronic music. In light of the current Covid-19 Pandemic Studio Enisslab headed up by Italian DJ / Producer and Live Act Neel has announced the release of a very special 56 track charity compilation project, fundraising for The Red Cross, who are working extremely hard alongside health services internationally that are feeling the effects of the corona-virus outbreak the most right now. The compilation is available for a limited time via Bandcamp and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to The Red Cross to help the world’s most affected countries in the Covid-19 pandemic. 

This special release features over 6 hours of previously unreleased and unheard material, where an all star cast of artists were encouraged to share music that reflects this time we are living in. 

Neel, who is one half of live duo Voices From The Lake, and LF58 speaks out on behalf of the initiative, organised in collaboration with improvised live project Circle Of Live, and visual art collective Sbagliato. He explains:
