Two Assistant Deputy Ministers make concrete computer music in an ill-placed effort to come to terms with their life-long demons. Yes, we have issues. Any resemblance to actual harsh noise, living or dead, is purely incidental.

Before Two Assistant Deputy Ministers made concrete computer music, analog materials featured much more prominently in the final mix. The intent was to produce severely pitched ambient music which some might very well mistake for harsh noise. So be it.
