2015 was a landmark year for Anjunadeep, seeing the label celebrate its 10th anniversary with another #1 iTunes Dance compilation, along with sell out events and festival stages across the world.

The London based imprint kick off 2016 with something new – a various artists EP series called ‘Explorations’, showcasing four artists making their label debuts. Edinburgh’s Theo Kottis is quickly making a name for himself with his residency at the legendary Sub Club, and recent releases on Moda Black. His contribution ‘Into The Wild’ is a melodic roller, packed with cinematic atmosphere.

Wild Dark, regulars at New York’s legendary Verboten club, bring a touch of indie electronica in ‘Falling Deep’, featuring their own vocals. On peak-time duty is Heliotype with ‘Catching Fire’, reminiscent of past Anjunadeep releases from Dusky and Leftwing & Kody.

Closing the EP is newcomer Aiiso. Having found success under various alter egos in the past, Aiiso now delves into mellow terrain with the trancey ‘Point Of Return’, the perfect afterparty soundtrack.

PD resident producer from Japan, Ryo Nakamura,
is back again with his, 'Luminescent', EP.

We turn to our roster of artists with, Kelotti (, Kono (USA), Rick Siron, and Steve Lovesey, for the remixes of the original.

Luminescent (Original Mix)

The delightfully melodic "Luminescent" is a classic example of divine progressive house thanks to Japanese-native Ryo Nakamura. Only the most pleasant plucks, and soothing bass are to be used in a fine concoction such as this.

Luminescent (Kelotti Remix)

First up on the remix roster is Kelotti, also native to the Japanese islands. Keeping in time and realm of the original, this remix of "Luminescent" is one remix that offers the same level of pleasure as the original, wrapped in a different skin.

Luminescent (Kono USA Remix)

Coming all the way from Florida, USA, is Kono USA. One of Pineapple Digital's many resident producers, like the ones before him, who consistently pumps out extravagant and heavenly releases, and this "Luminescent" is no different.

Luminescent (Rick Siron Remix)

We welcome Rick Siron back, all the way from Berlin, and this time he's got a superb rendition of "Luminescent" that simply must be heard. On the deeper side, but the bass line stays on the up and up, and keeps that mood floating along.

Luminescent (Steve Lovesey Remix)

Steve Lovesey is last on our remix roster for our grand EP for "Luminescent". Hailing from Cambridgeshire in England, Steve Lovesey brings his love for music to the world in this remix of Ryo Nakamura's original.

Russ Davies has an enviable back catalogue under a number of aliases, and his latest project as Aiiso continues a fine run of form. Debuting the moniker on the label’s inaugural ‘Explorations’ EP series in early 2016 with ‘Point Of Return’, Russ follows up with the four track 'Your Love Is An Echo EP’.

The EP opens with title track 'Your Love Is An Echo’, a fan favourite from the label’s recent iTunes dance #1 album ‘Anjunadeep 08’, which features Russ' own vocoder vocals on top of a languid balearic groove. Next up, brooding roller, ‘Hopeful For A Sign’; a fusion of retro synths and delicate piano melodies. ‘Cisca’ combines throwback progressive house elements with a killer bass groove, before rounding off the EP with the blissed out sounds of ‘Autumn Leaves’.

Marking our now 50th release here at the Cities imprint, we are extremely excited to celebrate this milestone with the new club savvy single 'I Found You', delivered by one of the most monumental names in progressive & trance today, Talamanca.

Being a name that needs no introduction in regards to his prowess in the music scene, we do however like to remind everyone that he is also the lead designer behind our graphics department as well as his design company "Huzen Design". Aside from being a prodigious talent in both these regards, he's also an incredibly kind and passionate soul, and every ounce of that passion can be found in each of his productions, each and every time. With his new single 'I Found You', this statement couldn't be more true, as this first time outing on Cities definitely goes to show how diversity and quality are always in tow with each of his productions, this time pushing a heavier melodic-saw styled edge that immediately shows. Pushing luscious layers of gorgeous melodies, lovely progressions and heavy synths, this track really takes flight once the serenading piano lead, heart rumbling basslines and emotionally charged atmos take hold, making this one of the most diverse and stand-out productions we've seen from this man yet.

Taking his rightful seat once more as one of the most highly recognized artists in today's trance & progressive scene, this is Talamanca with the astounding new debut single 'I Found You'.
