Janet Street Slaughter from suffolk/norfolk UK, four members of band Voter Kernel and the drummer Zak Badgers brother Bobcat Whittaker on bass guitar. Formed in August 2016 after the split of Voter Kernel, Janet Street Slaughter is nastier, heavier, more melodic and better.

Sunlight for Honey (previously known as Maverick) are an Alternative Art Rock band from Cambridge. They were the winners of The Under 18 Cambridge Band Competition 2017 and ‘The Breakthrough Artist 2017’ at the NMG Awards. They produce guitar-driven dark heavy rock and piano rock ballads combined with complex musical ideas such as odd time signatures and dissonant incongruous chord progressions. Sunlight for Honey play with existential ideas in lyrics that comment on and portray their opinion on modern society, human beings, love and death. Early influences for the band members vary from Beatles, Bowie and the Stones through to Black Sabbath. And more recently King Crimson, Radiohead, Marilyn Manson, Pink Floyd, Nick Cave, Miles Davis and Nirvana.
