In the past editions this stage was called Main. We consider that today it's totally inappropriate to divide musical genres on 'main' and 'alternative'. However new name doesn't change the fact that The Hive is the nucleus of Mo:Dem Festival. The place where nature, art, creativity, technology and the spirits of the forest meet to create ultimate dance space. The Hive will host wide range of top quality underground psychedelic artists from around the world delivering some of the finest sounds of the past and present, and showcasing some of the new fresh and unheard sounds of the future. In this podcast we present you sounds of Sonic Loom Records featuring Antonymous, Tromo & Quadraphonic.

Xed - Live Action . Sacred Frequencies (Sangoma Night 2019)

Here is a part of the set i recorded while playing in Chengdu, China November 2019. A stunning country which is rich in myth and mystery with a young urban generation which is opening up and interacting with the world. What to say, the dragon is slowly awakening and there is a nice and growing scene appearing on the map! Great people and pure proper Underground vibes. Big thanks to Fugui, Dong Fang, Yaolic and Buzz for setting up this tour and regards to all the great people i got to meet during my stay.

From its origins as totems the Chinese dragon (Long) evolved to become a important mythical animal in folklore and mythology  all over East Asia.
Chinese dragons have many animal but the most popular one is the  snake-like avatar with four legs. They traditionally symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, typhoons, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck for people who are worthy of it in East Asian culture.

Behind Third Eye of Monkey is Daniel Neria, based in Mexico city.
Daniel started his musical journey in early 2000 when he fell in love with Goa trance music. With passion and dedication he started to experimenting and producing music in summer 2009.
Later in 2013, Daniel had 4 weird dreams with mythological, alien and otherworldly places and creatures, but in the last one, he dream with the words "Third Eye of Monkey" bringing to live this project, now well known around the globe. Project that had a great response and many releases came after that, releasing many V.A. compilations & EP's in major and young labels from around the globe.
Third Eye of Monkey's music is full of surprises and it's always evolving into a uncharted territory, like strong roots looking to spread.
Inspired strongly by his indigenous roots creating each sound meticulously. Starting with deep and dynamic bass lines, surrounding soundscapes, ancient Aztec & Mayan Instruments and otherworldly sound fxs always creating a unique tale on each track giving life to the final work that will make the audience dance in trance like our ancestors did.
