The Merchant duo of Al and Harry step up for Loose Connections 001 and I couldn't think of a more fitting start for this series. These guys walk the musical spectrum daily digging deep into all things World Music and beyond, which really does show in this carefully selected 2 hour delight of a mix. With a residency on @balamii radio and a raft of other guest mixes, edits played by our favourite dj's on international stages, regular party slots in The Jago in Dalston and beyond these lads are worth keeping an eye on!

Sami Sierla is a not that active as a dj these days, but he's still a legendary fixture in the Helsinki digger scene. From deep US boogie to all that cool & groovy global gravy, Sami knows his stuff.

Not without some minor technical difficulties, including monitors dropping out, big rain shower, and a power cut (after 56min sometim) but hey, was a fun set so hope you can enjoy it as much as we did.

Isaac is a DJ and record collector who has loved boogie, funk, african, house, balearic and tropical sounds for more than ten years. He has played at clubs and festivals in Europe including Brilliant Corners, Le Mellotron, Paloma Bar, Passos Manuel or Berlín Café.
