Steve Klatt has been playing guitar for over 30 years. He has toured half way across Canada, with several different bands. Opening for many well know acts. Steve's early roots can be linked back to bands such as Black Sabbath, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Ozzy, ect.... Soon Steve learned to appreciate great guitar players and their abilities, he began to find influences in players such as John Petrucci, Yngwie Mamlsteen, Steve Vai, Steve Howe, Alex Lifeson...ect Currently Steve enjoys different types of music. "I really love Prog-rock, and the great style and complexity of there music. I also still love to listen to and play hard rock" As of now Steve is listening to Queensryche, Faith no More, Avenged Sevenfold, Dream Theater, Pain of Salvation, Rush, Guns N Roses, Five Finger Death Punch, Steve Vai. even artists such as Van Halen, Deep Purple,Tool and Primus. Now Steve is in his 40s and starting to also enjoy country music. Steve has not preformed live in many years. He has settled down and is raising a family now, but he still very much enjoys playing and recording. " I have been working on a bunch of songs (some can be heard on this site) and I am collaborating with some other great musicians. Some song were recorded back in 2009-2012. Now Steve is back in the studio for 2023. Already a few new things released and much more to come Steve would like to thank the musicians that have helped him over the years. I make music because it is where I let go of the have-to’s, and become part of something larger than myself. The language I speak on the keyboard when I improvise expresses a part of me that only comes out there at the moment of creation - when I’m fully connected and in the flow. In those moments when I disappear in the music, those are where I’m most fully alive. The musical question I pose to myself when I play is largely this: how can I release my inhibitions and let go of patterns sufficient to bring something entirely new, unexpected, and enlightening into the world, with structure, precision, clarity, and depth of expression. These pieces are meditations that are of me, but more precisely, they come through me. When I’m in the flow, I’m channeling the energy and only moderately directing it. The challenge is to be open to take risks while maintaining a structure, melody, and tempo that makes it interesting and satisfying enough to keep listening. I keep doing this nightly because it’s a language, because it’s a connection to something greater than myself, and because it’s very very relaxing.

WGWG.org is the official radio station of Gardner-Webb University. WGWG offers a wide range of programming with a variety of music, movie reviews, sporting events and community news and original content produced at the Boiling Springs, NC studios. WGWG began operations in 1961 as a radio club and transitioned into a 50,000 watt non-com FM station in 1974. WGWG began operating with an online stream at wgwg.org in 1998.

Playing a unique blend of Americana plus other genres Sun-Pinned Leaves are UK duo Christopher Brown (Kent) on vocals & Neil Faulkner (Essex) playing most instruments. Chris and Neil first wrote songs together at school in 1975 continuing to write and perform together until pursuing separate projects in the mid-1980s. Having reunited they have released six albums since 2019.

Christopher Brown & Neil Faulkner announced Best International Vocal Duo at the International Singer Songwriter Association Awards 2023 held in Atlanta (GA) 5th August 2023.
