This is only an idea for a new song.
I have many lyric-ideas in my book but i don't want to give a name now.
This is my first attemp. It is definitly not easy to play. I have to practice many times more. But if someone gives a comment i would be happy. its unfinished and i will change many things before i post the final version

Update Dec, 9th: The song developed. The melody tolds a full story. And now half of the lyrics are finished and it sounds amazing. Can't wait until i post the first version with lyrics.

Apparently I think too complicated in my songs. To better understand my thoughts and words, I would like to go into the story behind them.

I will never forget the look on a friend's face after we kidnapped him from the hospital many weeks after his serious traffic accident to drive a little through the night. The happiness of still being alive and regaining freedom. At the end of that ride we brought him save back to the hospital. 

This song is a fictional story about a couple in a many year relationship where the beloved wife is in the hospital with a terrible illness.
If it were based on a real story, I don't think I could sing about it in the same way.

The idea of being incurable in a hospital, monitored only by machines. The only distraction seems to be the television in the room. But everything reported there seems meaningless and unimportant in such a situation.

in my mind about this I would wish to spend some more time together alone and escape from this situation.
And how precious every second becomes that you can still spend together.
One probably wishes that this time should last for eternity.

With this background the song seems a little different than planned despite the happy melody.

R.I.P. Shane MacGowan  (1957 dec 25th - † nov. 30th 2023)

I recorded this song 2 days ago. I had no idea that the news of his passing would reach me today.

For me it was my first recording after a long cold when i finally had my voice back again. I had always wanted to record this Christmas song and my voice just seemed perfect for it.

Now it has become a sad reminder of the life of a great artist whom I liked very much as a child.

I am very grateful that I took the recording before the sad news. So it remains a tribute to his life and not to his death.

Two weeks ago I tried to sing a Marillion song (Jig Saw) for the first time.
I absolutely did not make it as I imagined. As hard as I've tried.

This morning, before work, in the park, I jammed a little bit, just for fun.
The result somehow fits much better to me than trying sound like Fish.

The whole thing was very spontaneous and just a fun project.
So I'm not going to try to get it better.

Also, the video was the result of a few minutes and doesn't make any sense.
Just because you can't post music without video on facebook.

I hope I won't be beheaded as it doesn't have much to do with the original anymore..

But it was a lot of fun, i share it to you.
I'm curious what kind of comments will come. A little scared too.
