We are Sunset & Plankton, an Alternative/Gothic Rock trio from Poland.

Sunset And Plankton originated in Silesia (Poland) as a project led by Piotr, the bassist and vocalist, at the turn of 2022/23. The inspiration for the project came from bands like Sisters Of Mercy and The Cure. Initially, he experimented with lo-fi, using bass guitar, drum machine, and vocals.

With the arrival of 2023, Michał joined the project, taking on the role of guitarist and backing vocalist. This marked the moment when Sunset And Plankton transformed into a duo, starting regular rehearsals. Over time, their musical direction evolved towards an alternative, more organic rock sound.

In September 2023, the band decided to record their debut EP at MAQ studio, featuring 6 tracks in the style of the '80s. In December of the same year, the lineup expanded with the addition of drummer Robert.

Currently, Sunset & Plankton are working on new songs and preparing for gigs.
