Retro Rave Recordings is an outlet for new music made with the old skool vibe. 

We aim to release tunes today that not only would of been killers back in the day, but also still 'hold their own' today.

Once upon a time before covid lockdown I was an event Organiser for ENERGIZE EVENTS East Anglia based and SEIZE-MIK SOUNDZ Norfolk free parties , smashing the local shindigs a few multi riggers , link ups and 2 ukT3knivals.
Now lockdowns over and done with the dream to bring back the EVENTS Crew is in planning motion , keep an eye for insta page when we get that ball an chain rolling !

DJING/PERFORMING

Hey all!I am mainly a UK Hardcore/Freeform/Hardcore Techno/Gabber producer and DJ (played all over UK- most of East Anglia (indoor and outdoor!!) Mainly appearing in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft. Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds and Peterborough. Also played London, Nottingham, Manchester, Wales, and in front of Hardcore Heroes Hixxy, Sharkey, Whizzkid and Storm at the 1st Hardcore Heaven Weekender DJ/MC Competition - came 4th place! Hardcore Heaven Camera Team mistake!!! lol

However, I am into (and always practice!) Scratching and Turntablism. So I also produce and DJ - Hip Hop (and Downtempo styles such as TripHop) and all different styles of trance, house and techno!!! I also have and continue to work with MC's and Vocalists.

From 1994- 2003 (departure of the late and great DJ Jack Fey) i was involved with SUBROSA- a close knit house/trance and techno/hardcore movement. It was through this i developed a knowledge and thirst for dance music..
My experience in producing is through Access to Music Norwich 2005/06 and 2007/08, where i met many interesting people, my tutor jez, ( He originally recorded the track Liquid- Sweet Harmony), Pixel H8 (mad circuit bending) and lots of cool and talented people.
I am self taught with a little tutoring on the Guitar and Piano and future projects will include guitar and piano in dance music.

Now trying to use Ableton could do with some tips! -we/they used Logic 7 at college but got good PC & a Mac Mini with only 1gb ram- so blah blah blah- anyways-
