Rock-Regeneration is a website that is all about Rock music and the various genres that surround it, anything from Folk, Punk, Metal to Blues, Ska and anything in-between. We are a team who are very passionate about music in general, between us going to hundreds of gigs a year and bringing back all the information that you, the reader, wants to hear about such as set lists, live videos, reactions, reviews, interviews and up to date news. We are all from the South of England and you can expect to find articles from all around the area, just depending on where the mood and the vibe takes us.

Once the sun goes down, Fox and The Owl saunter out of the dusky woodlands to bring you their distinctive musical sounds. Defined by the warm vocal harmonies of Lucy and Lauren, Fox and The Owl play their own style of modern PsyFolk with influences of jazz, trip hop, and dub.



Original songwriting with strong environmental messages, Fox and The Owl are a festival favourite among those in the know, they can bring warmth to a sunny afternoon and offer uplifting lively atmosphere to the evening.

Think Fleetwood Mac meets Morcheeba with hints of  Portishead, Grateful Dead, Rising Appalachia and Amy Winehouse.

I’ll have a go on any instrument I can get my fingers around to accompany singing. 

Started this journey with a piano but I’ve been weaving my way round various string instruments. 

An unwavering love of double bass and a slight distrust of electric guitars.
