I wanted to create a short improvised noise track. While I appreciate noise to a degree, I also crave for structure and not being too noisy and totally chaotic. As I have not tried making this type of music before, I wanted to see if I could make this one noisy enough, but still somewhat tangible, and such that if feels safe to me. 

This is made and played entirely in VCV Rack. Minor mixing is done in Ableton Live afterwards. 

There are five different voices or instruments in the patch and I alternate between them when playing. This ended up being almost five minutes, which was a surprise to me when I listened to it after recording it. I think it's important to remember not to rush, but to give space for each different sound or pattern, so that the listener can get acquainted with the sound element.
