This is my take on Thrice's new track "Robot Soft Exorcism".  Thrice has been an important part of my musical journey since I was 13 and heard The Artist In the Ambulance back in 2003.  Their constant evolution helped fuel my interest in electronic music and synthesizers, so it felt a bit like coming full circle to put my own spin on this track for their remix contest.

Thrice - Robot Soft Exorcism (Sunwarper Remix)#RobotSoftExorcismRemix

Sunwarper is a Los Angeles based project creating warped, atmospheric electronic music.  Following several releases under the moniker Selles, Michael Jakucs brings a new emphasis on live instruments and sampling under the new name.  Field recordings and a keen attention to sonic detail create an audible palette which Jakucs uses to craft nostalgia dripped tunes.  Songs drift into times since passed, as wistful synths give way to dusty beats.
