As melodic progressive music lovers we always looking forward to see the shining melodies together with comfort grooves, if so you will definitely love this mini-album's in Sunset Horizon: "Music Diary" from Zhuhai based Chinese artist melchi.

This is the first time that Melchi combined Chinese styled sounds with world music, and it's also a great leap that melchi takes to produce genres such as Organic House, Deep & Progressive House. "Music Diary" records the wishes of a better future from people around world. Moreover, the idea for the album to be based to the real life is also a reflection of Melchi's wish that he wants to connect the world with music using his beautiful melodies.

1. Post-epidemic Era
After the epidemic, China is in fast recovery and now full of energy. People there are living their life with confidence and happiness. The ErHu and Chinese Zither are speaking the people's wishes towards a better future.

2.Blooming Hope
Simple but warm voices playing through the song, like the wind of spring. Organic precussion plays with shaker as the world comes alive.

3. Rise
Energetic deep progressive house combining with epic tribal percussions and vocals, it interprets the determination of the people all over the world to fight the epidemic and getting through the difficulties together.

Alex H & James Woods - Atitlan (Blood Groove & Kikis Remix) [Free Download]

In midsummer 2015, Nikko.Z shone a brilliant haze across the progressive scene with his "Sungazing" for Proton Music, coupled with an outstanding remix from Dutch duo, Huminal. Now, as summer ends, Particles launches its own "Sungazing" release with a reminder of the original plus two further remixes from heavyweight Latvian and Argentinean producers.

Hailing from the largest city in the Baltic states, Riga residents, Blood Groove and Kikis have hit upon a formula for success that has seen them climb the heights of the progressive and trance genres. With over 150 production credits for the Spring Tube and Silk label families – including the bestselling "Wonderland" full-length album for Silk Digital – the Latvian duo have continued to produce an outstanding blend of melodic music that has seen them garner support from a catalogue of 'A' listers that includes Max Graham, Above and Beyond and Jaytech. Indeed it is the latter that has both been remixed by the duo on his track "Electron", while also returning the favour by remixing their track "Mirage" in 2013.

Regular DJ appearances across their homeland and beyond have seen their production work translate effortlessly into the live arena and it is now with great pleasure that Particles welcomes back Blood Groove and Kikis after a remix of GMJ's "Silent Love" in May 2015. Taking their trademark approach to "Sungazing", the Blood Groove and Kikis remix combines a dominant house beat with a dance floor friendly bass line that bristles with shimmering energy via delayed melodic riffs that cascade across the upper frequency range. The garrulous vocal sample from the original makes its presence felt in the breakdown as vocal pads and additional production material combine in the latter movements to create a work of high skill and precision.

From the Temperley province of Buenos Aries, Cristian R has built a reputation for himself based upon a dedication and passion for his craft that has borne no considerable degree of success. Supported by a host of DJ luminaries including John Digweed, Nick Warren and Jimmy Van M, the Argentinean producer has found his music allied to legion high profile imprints that include Movement, Flow and Sudbeat. Indeed, it is for the latter that the "Outer Space" EP, written in conjunction with fellow countryman, Kasall, that saw a high point for Cristian R on the Hernan Cattaneo owned imprint.

A regular in the clubs and venues of the sprawling Buenos Aries metropolis, Cristian R's "Spaceship" EP marked an impressive Particles EP debut in August 2015 after an appearance on the "Summer Particles 2014" compilation with Kasall. Now returning with a debut remix, the Cristian R drives "Sungazing" forwards from the outset with prevailing house beat and beautifully constructed grooved bass line. Paying homage to Nikko.Z, themes from the original develop enticingly across the eight-and-a-half minute voyage of discovery, resonating in the breakdown, to create a pulsating rework that is as technically impressive as it is musically evocative.

Two new remixes from Blood Groove and Kikis and Cristian R have illustrated that the sun has far from set on Nikko.Z and his "Sungazing".

We are pleased to bring back the collaborative pairing of two brothers who individually are core Emergent Family artists, but together form the power duo Prus Control. 

Roman and Dima Prus have both got a comprehensive back-catalog of outstanding releases across the deep and melodic progressive genres. Together these Ukrainian maestros have once again pooled their considerable individual talents to create a two track EP of hypnotic melodies, elevating progressions and smooth grooving basslines; which we are sure will delight every fan of our label.

French producer, Cosmaks, returns to our Soluna imprint after a long, overdue appearance. This time he brings a tranquil breeze, drifting in with the tide of dawn’s “Awakening.” 

The Original mix opens with the “Awakening” of a new day; a light rain rejuvenates the balearic countryside. Soft, subtle melodies mix with gentle percussion and flamboyant vocal chants. Skua lends a progressive touch: the morning glistens with radiant colors as the sun reaches out o’er the land, running her fingers over the burgeoning hillsides and lush green valleys that give way to wandering rivulets and tributaries. Harlan Buskes debuts with a progressively sonic groove, weaving in between synthetic tapestries of electronic melodies that percolate into the listener’s core.

Astrevea welcomes listeners to an audible journey to the “Maldives.” Although located in the Arabian Sea of the Indian Ocean, the Balearic experience is no less celebrated on this equatorially balmy island. Beautiful arpeggiated chords and punchy grooves along the catchphrase side chain of a bassline will easily resonate within. “6 A.M.” continues the after party in the sweltering morning of the previous night’s outer experience in the Maldives. The chord progression and compositional arrangement gives Astrevea merit in his skill in music production.

 We are as thrilled and excited as ever as our long time friend of the label, Alex H makes his way back to our Progressive House Worldwide label after a while away from us. Alex has always been a big provider of excellent melodic and warm progressive music in the genre and made a big impression over the years with rock solid vibes. When he decided to join back with us, we of course were to make it happen. This time he returns with a 4 track EP, packed with all the lush and dreamy material he always delivers. 

The lovely “DMT” opens up the EP. This is a real treat, packed with warm and lush melodies, just as we expect from Alex while he is taking us to the progressive heaven. With the title track of the EP up next, named as “Beachy Boi” he takes on another progressive journey packed with lovely melodies, a fantastic atmosphere and that serene treat this guy is offering every time. We absolutely love everything about this track and surely pulls off a lot of the tricks Alex got up his sleeve. 

Next is another lovely journey, this baptized as “Cleopatra”. It’s lush and uplifting from start to finish, bringing on all of the summer-ish and feel good vibes we so often seek for. It’s as dreamy as ever and we love what we hear here. 

Last but not least we have “Frosted Heights”, another triggering progressive journey, packed with rich and warm melodic layers and progressions that surely is to melt a few of your hearts. It’s top notch progressive music from start to finish and surely one of Alex best productions over this past decade.
